ToxiTails ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ToxiTails mobile application for iOS (Bundle ID: com.toxitails.toxitails) and the website toxitails.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS app.

The data listed above is linked to your account and used to provide app functionality. Apple App Store privacy labels reflect that we collect contact info (email), user content (photos and records you submit), and health-related information you voluntarily enter for your pets.

We use trusted service providers to operate the app. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure cloud storage
- Plant identification services — process plant images to return identification results
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@toxitails.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children's Privacy
ToxiTails is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
